Fotodyne foto/analyst archiver eclipse imaging system

We tested this system, and we got the monitor, thermal printer, and Archiver to power on. Once activated, we attempted to get the Archiver to turn on the lights in the Eclipse, but the button was non-reactive. We tried to get the camera to come on, but that button too was non-reactive. We then tried pressing the rest of the buttons on the Archiver unit, and found that all of them are completely unresponsive. The unit powered on without problems, and the displays came on properly, but we can't get it to do anything else. Without being able to operate the Archiver, we cannot do anything with the Eclipse, so we can't test the camera or lights. Also, because of this, we can't get a picture on the monitor, or get anything to print with the printer.
