Kulicke & soffa 961 8" wafer taper, excellent condition
Like New K&S 961 wafer taper with contactless chuck.
Contactless chuck uses compressed air to support the wafer during tape application. 961 tool automatically controls air during rolling process so you never apply pressure to die surface. This is critical if you are using flip-chip bumped wafers.
Also includes standard platen if you don't need/want the contactless operation.
I will also throw in ~20 8" wafer saw rings that we don't need either.
This tool was used in an engineering environment and on maybe 50 wafers max.
