Up for sale is a perfectly working 60 Watt + Coherent laser diode array along with laser diode power supply and chiller! This is a VERY POWERFUL infrared laser built by Coherent and produces an intense 60 Watt beam of infrared light around 800nm. This laser diode array retails for over $6,000. This sale includes everything you need to assemble a working high power infrared laser in minutes! Just add distilled water and safety precautions and you are ready to lase!
The power supply is a Sorensen DLM 10-60. This power supply is adjustable from 0-10V and 0-60A. This is a very expensive, high precision power supply that is extremely configurable for many applications, more importantly, great for driving laser diodes. These power supplies retail for over $3,000 each and this power supply is under warranty from the manufacturer until June of 2011.
The chiller is a Thermotek T252P solid state chiller and is capable of over 400W of heat dissipation. This chiller was completely rebuilt by me with new hoses and ten brand new, more efficient 30W thermoelectric coolers. This unit is capable of holding temperatures for 60 deg. C all the way to 5 deg. C This chiller is more than adequate for this laser and originally retailed for over $4,000.
