Inductance (L) measurment with four wire technique
Capacitance ( C ) measurment .
Display parameter : Q,D,R, Z & phase angle
Impedance (Z) & phase angle measurment for inductance & capacitance.
Quality Factor (Q) measurment .
Dissipation Factor(D) measurment .
ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance)measurment can test the capacitor ERS value of frequency up to 200KHZ in series mode .
This can test the Quality of the capacitor .e.g. lower ESR cap. , 105 degree cap & audio cap.
For perfect cap. ,the ESR value is zero or very small.
For poor quality or aging cap, the ESR value is so high.
Photo show the standard capacitor (100nf ,0.05%) at testing frequency 100KHZ.
