DR Systems DICOM Catapult PACS Medical Imaging system
This is a DR Systems DICOM Catapult medical imaging computer system in a Hewlett Packard P4 based computer. It was removed in a system upgrade from a local hospital.
Apparently this system can capture images from non-DICOM capable equipment and store it in DICOM format! Gee whiz.
This system has a dual video card and a dual ethernet port.
It boots up and asks for a password which I don't have.
This would be useful if you have this system at your imaging center and need another workstation.

DR Systems Catapult is a high-powered technologist workstation from that enables image input from an array of imaging devices, including:
Non-DICOM imaging modalities. For non-DICOM modalities, the Catapult uses video capture as the input method
In both cases, all images are stored in DICOM format, without the need for a third-party interface.
The Catapult interfaces with a wide variety of imaging devices, including Computed Radiography (CR), Digital Radiography, Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Digital Angiography, Digital Mammography, Digital Fluoroscopy, and Nuclear Imaging.
It enables the technologists to perform all information and image management without leaving the patient s side, and can optionally be equipped to perform advanced image processing
Why Employ a Technologist Workstation? Isn t DICOM "Automatic"?
The DICOM Catapult Technologist Workstation consists of a high-end PC with two important applications provided by DR Systems: the DICOM Gateway software and the Universal Manager software. The DICOM Gateway software manages the negotiation of DICOM associations with other device(s). All PACS must manage DICOM associations somewhere, but unlike DR Systems, many PACS fail to enable the technologist to optionally manage images and information.

This works, it boots up but I don't have the password. I am selling it with only a 5 day NON-DOA warranty, but it's not DOA, you can see it working. It has it's software on it, and it has the interface for the dual monitors that it supports.
If you want more information call the manufacturer and ask them. I am in over my head. No software disks, cabling, monitor, licenses or other items are included with this.
