This item is what we call a new, pull-off. Meaning it was removed from a new, never-used unit. However, since it has screw marks and there's always a possibility the unit it was installed on was run, I'm charging our used price. All of our voltage regulators are tested before we store them and are guaranteed to not be DOA.
