HP - Agilent 16701B Logic / Signature Analyzer (TID:18701) The HP Agilent 16701B logic analysis expansion frame provides additional slots for measurement and emulation modules. The 16701B must be used with either the 16700B, 16702B, 16700A or 16702A.
