I tried to search the correct spec of this motor from internet but failed,if possible,you can search the spec by yourself,so i providing the exact label content as bellow:
But I am sure this motor is very powerfull,I tested this motor and also It can run very powerfully under the voltage from DC12 ~ DC24. Because I have no tester,so I just experienced the RPM will be about 200 and the torque is strong enough and even very hard to stop it by hand.
