This Smoker was custom built using a CNC plasma table to cut all parts and accessories for very percise fitment (No rough torch cuts).
Fully automated insulated rotisserie smoker for easy opperation. Just fill the fire box shoot with charcoal and the wood/ash pan with a few pieces of wood and set the thermostat on prefered temperature then you're all set to smoke. Having insulation makes this smoker VERY efficient and only burns around 1-2 pound of charcoal per hour.
