This unit can be used in any restaurant, bar, diner, or other food service establishment. Some of the standard features and benefits of this model include:
* Cook-to-order menu items are served FAST!! With the optional platen lowered, the top and bottom of the product are cooked simultaneously.
* Even temperatures across the entire cooking surface assures safe product integrity and fast recovery. Holding cooked food products for busy times is virtually unnecessary, reducing product waste. Multiple grills may be installed side-by-side to increase cooking surface and capacities.
* One, 12 (305 mm) wide, by 24 (610 mm) deep cooking zone with three independently controlled heating elements. Assures even temperatures and quick recovery.
* Programmable microprocessor controls make menu selection simple. Includes a self-diagnostic feature for serviceability.
* Grill surface temperature may be set from 150 to 400 F (65 to 205 C). Optional upper platen temperature may be set from 150 to 425 F (65 to 218 C).
* Lights illuminate when heaters are on.
There is no data plate on this item but after researching our extensive data base we believe this unit to be comparable to Model: QS12-23
The manufacturer's spec sheet for model QS12-23 reads:
* Electric Grill, counter unit, 12" wide x 24" deep cooking zone, (3) independently controlled heating elements, programmable microprocessor controls, temperature range 150 - 400 F, indicator lights, s/s finish, legs
This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some minor surface rust and some minor scratches. There is no power plug on this item.
Please Note: This unit does require a password for operation. Unfortunately we do not have the password but the unit can most likely be reset or a new password obtained from the manufacturer.
