This is a Used MKS Instruments 48MM Control Valve 253A-11247. The MKS Type 253 Exhaust Throttle Valve regulates the removal of gas from a processing system. Its flapper is positioned to modulate gas flow, thereby controlling process pressure. The item was pulled from a working environment but has not been tested by us. Cosmetically, the unit is in good condition with some wear from normal usage. There is residue grime as well so we recommend a good cleaning before install. The photos show the actual item for sale. Only what is shown in the photos is included.
