2-5 days for Royal Mail Tracked
1-2 days for Courier delivery.
Please allow 15 days for delivery before informing us of non arrival.( The Royal Mail will not take responsibility until then.) Please can you also check at your local sorting Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them.
You can collect from our Indoor Market Tool Stall in the Shambles Market; Market Place; Devizes; Wiltshire any day but Wednesday or our Indoor Market stall at The Castle Place, at Trowbridge; Monday to Saturday with at least 2 days notice to ensure items are available to collect.
We will replace or give full refund for faulty goods, returned, to us. We will accept items returned for refund of item only.
