All of the items that we sell have been previously owned and are therefore used. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Within 7 days of receiving your item, you must contact us either by e-mail or phone and let us know what the problem is, and we then will work with you toward resolving the issue. You may send the item back for a full refund of your purchase price. If you choose to return the item for a full refund of your purchase price the item must be returned to us within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Items that are not returned during the allotted time will be considered sold and will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have a problem after the sale we will of course make all reasonable attempts to work with you in repairing or resolving the item. If the item you receive is not what you expected it to be you must notify us within the 7 days by e-mail or phone. If you return an item to us it must be packaged and insured and returned to us in the condition it was received.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week after we receive your merchandise. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes time for us to process your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refunds will be issued for any item not returned in the condition it was received. Or if the item returned does not have everything contained that was originally sent. IE: missing strap, knobs, cords etc.
