You are looking at a 15 year old Scottsman water cooled Ice maker. Model #CME 650WE-32A
It is 30"W X 24.5" D X 27.5" Tall, Weighs about #250. It requires 208-230 volt hook-up.
This unit was removed from service with a full bin, it had a water leak nobody could find????, so it was replaced with a new unit.
I found a large water leak on the outlet tube of the condenser which has been repaired.
It still leaks a small amount of water from the condenser regulator valve when not in the freeze cycle.
I could fix that by replacing the reg valve for $200, but am not going to make that investment.
For that reason, and its age I wouldn't recommend this unit for primary use in a restaurant.
What it would be great for is back-up, or used in a place for filling coolers or where bagged ice is needed.
Such as campground, Boat dock, golf course, concessionaires, caterers, ect..
I tested it after repair, it produced slightly over 6# with a 15 min freeze & 2.5 Min harvest which is about 500# in 24hr.
It consumed .625gal of water per min in freeze cycle thru the condenser.
Additional tweaking of this unit may be required depending on your local water conditions or temperature.
