The manual is in very good condition with no pencil/pen marks. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. Light dog-earing of the pages. No dirt/grease smudges/stains on the pages but very light water stains along the bottom edges of the pages. No age discoloration, light cover wear, and light cover smudges/stains. The front cover has a 1-inch tear at the bottom edge near the spine and a 1-inch tear at the top edge near the spine.
