Icom pro ic-756, 746, 775, 765, 76, 735 amp relay cable

The Original "Relay in Cable"An External "Relay in the Cable" interface fits Icomby Bob W2ENY The Icom 746, 746PRO, 756, 756 PRO (all models) internal relay has low contact ratings and becomes problematic in most shack conditions. This cable simply plugs into the multi-pin accessory jack (ACC 1 or 2) on the rear of the radio. Four feet of shielded cable and an RCA/Phono type plug fits to your amplifier.
Also works with the following - 725, 726, 728, 729, 735, 736, 737, 761, 765, 746 PRO, 756 Pro (I, II, III), 775, 781. This package is compact and streamline, all components located inside the connector. Unlike other solutions, there is no klunky external box and no need to apply other external power. Although there's a relay inside the DIN connector, it looks like an ordinary cable.
For the technical types, the circuit uses voltages available on two pins of the radio's accessory jack for switching. Contacts are rated for 2 amps DC and 0.6 amps AC, more than sufficient for many amplifiers (Such as Heath SB200-SB220, Collins 30L1-30S1, Henry 2K, Ameritron AL-80, 811, 1200, Dentron GLA-1000, Acom, etc)
Switches any voltage, AC, DC (+) or (-)
This cable actually has a relay built inside the DIN connector - providing 100% electrical isolation between your radio and your amplifier!
If you have an ICOM radio listed above and an amplifier, this is what you need before your internal relay fuses closed and you gotta send it back!
Better than 2000 sold over 12 years and Thanks for looking ;)
