BBL Fibro System. Includes Timer, Heat Block, Pipettor, and Probe. Measures PT and PTT.
A moving electrode in the plasma mixture cycles every half second and holts the timer when the clot forms.
Both the timer and the electrode shut off automatically. The test requires a 0.1 to 0.2ml sample of plasma or whole blood.
Coagulation reagents are required, but not included.
