Compensatory video amplifier CAB-2 is intended for use in systems of video observation, for compensation of losses and compensation of amplitude-frequency characteristic of cable coaxial connective line with length till 700 meters. This device allows compensating frequency distortions and losses in coaxial cable, to provide good matching of sources and receivers of video signal.
It is recommended to be placed and switched on at the end or at the beginning of video line.
* Level s control of full video signal in range of 9 dB.
* Compensation of amplitude-frequency distortions of coaxial cable at two bands on 3 and 6 MHz, and providing by this transmission of video signal by long coaxial cable with maintenance of vertical sharpness not less than 520 lines.
* Matching of output resistance of video signal source with wave impedance of cable s line (= 75 Ohm) which excludes appearance of reflected signal.
* Device CAB-2 has built in power supply source, which supplies power from AC net 220V
