This ear hanger headset features a brand design of the earphone. Instead of the usual earbud, the earphone is a small flat speaker carried by the ear hanger in such a way that is close enough to your ear for clear listening. Yet you don't have to put it into your ear canal (you cannot actually considering the size of the earphone).
The earphone is horizontally adjustable at a maximum of 90 degrees around the ear hanger. You can adjust it to an angle that makes it closely attach to your ear in the most comfortable manner.
This is a two-wire design with one wire spreading from the PTT/mic unit to the radio plug and the other to the ear hanger. The mic is hidden on the top of the PTT unit which comes with a lapel mic.
