New 445/65R22.5 super single new wheel
SOLIDTIREMAN IS SELLING A NEW WHEEL FOR A 445/65R22.5 TIRE. THEY ARE 10 HOLE BUD
They are "Acuride" brand. They are about 15 inches wide, the tire mounting is 13 inches wide. Goodyear says this is the size for 445/65R22.5. They are steel. 10 hole "budd". FYI this is not the same as "hub pilot". The mounting is in the center, so these are for duel replacement, not for the front axle. The "super single" tires will carry over 12,000 lbe each. I have about 350 ea in stock, still in the cardboard box. There is no valve stem with them. I want $275 each, FOB zip code 96078. They are packaged 6 to a pallet. We have a forklift at the location.
I have read studies done by the Federal Highway Admin that claim that a 5 axle truck with super singles on the truck and trailer will save 10% on fuel when operated fully loaded, compared to duels.
Stamped into the wheel is ACCURIDE Max load 10,000 lbs (4536kg) 105 max psi 02-20-06 (maybe mfg date?) 29818 22.5 x 13.00
HOLES ARE TAPPERED OR COUNTERSUNK ON BOTH SIDES
