This is a used simpson 260 series 7 meter. All the funtions work and it comes with case and cables. The cables had been repaired and work. The meter has some information scribed on the top and has a piece chipped off on the upper front right hand corner that does not clearly show on the photo. Other than that it is in clean condition.
