Double tapered 1/2 inch wide wheel adapter. This item has tapers on both sides for "flipping" your wheel to use either the right or left side . If you have a diamond wheel mounted with a 45 degree on one side and a straight face on the other you just need to turn this wheel around on the same machine drive taper to use. It has R.H. tighten span nut with 1 1/4 inch standard hole size. For use on most Asian , Japanese and other brand cutter-grinders and surface grinders with small drive taper.
