This item was tested and is functional for the most part, however we ran in to a few problems during the testing process. One of the feeders occasinally misfeeds and registers as jam, despite cleaning the rollers (Estimate 1 in every 20-30 sheets). The rollers on this unit are old and worn out so that may fix the feeding problem once the roller is replaced. The folder unit defaults to single fold despite setting level to double fold. The electromagnet on the back side of the folder unit clamps fold guide to single fold. We were unable to get it to release the clamp unles magnet is unplugged (Once it's unplugged it works well). This is possibly caused by programming issue in the inserter unit or default option that we are unaware of. The unit options were reset to default. No default job programming installed(usually done by neopost dealer upon installation). We were unable to test the document thickness detection and side output. This is possibly due to programming issue as unit would not set this option. Other than what we stated above, this unit is working well. The envelope inserter and sealer is working great as well. Single fold works but you will have to babysit during the process. See pictures below for test fold results. The items for sale are Guaranteed Working as Described!

Along with the specific features list for the SI65, the Production Mailer has an increased volume capacity of 100,000 pieces per month. There are ten programmable job settings designed to simplify adjustments from one application to another. The SI78 can be expanded from 1 to 4 stations and can interface to an optical mark reader/accumulation station as well as the FE 8 Intellifeeder. It is designed to handle rugged, high-volume processing in the mail center.
