Nanomin receiver serial #001 very rare radio

Land-based signals intelligence
Electronic support and threat warning system
Miniature communications band intercept receivers.
Nanomin receivers (single- or dual-channel) combine a modular design, broad tuning range, small size, low power dissipation and light weight.
They have the capability of intercepting signals over the frequency range of 20 to 1,500 MHz and demodulating Amplitude Modulation (AM), narrowband frequency modulation (FM), wideband FM and continuous wave signals. Multiple Intermediate Frequency (IF) bandwidths accommodate single or multiple channel voice and data, telemetry and pulse reception.
Flexibility to accommodate diverse system requirements is an integral design feature. Receiver control, via the serial databus, is a significant advantage in multiple receiver applications.
Receiver audio, video and IF outputs support all types of signal analysis and exploitation from intelligence listing to fine grain spectral analysis. The single channel version is 52.9 mm (height) 123.5 mm (width) 113.4 mm (length), with a weight of 1.1 kg.The dual-channel, differentially coherent version of the receiver is available for Direction-Finding (DF) applications, where the IF outputs are amplitude and phase matched to support all types of DF processing and analysis. Dimensions of the dual-channel version are 108.4 123.5 113.4 mm, with a weight of 2.1 kg.
The Nanomin product line has been expanded to include the following options:frequency extension to cover 0.5 to 1,500 MHz dual-channel with HF wideband IF output at 21.4 and 19.2 MHz to support 'Digital Receiver'

This is a very rare item and is serial number 001 it was bought from a GSA sale many years back and has been in my collection of radios.
I do not have cables or software for the radio when bought from the surplus sale it was yellow tagged as working it was called gold brick on the paper work i think GOV cost was $60,000 i was told that by some one in the past i do not know for sure.
On the radio there is a DB25 and 3 SMA connectors
Serial 001 other number on radio R546100-02S
