2SC4273 C4273 high-speed switching npn transistor

1. This transistor has never able to substituted 2SC4664.
2. When this transistor fail in your TV set, there're 4 steps you need to do. First, Chang or Check horizontal transistor. Next, Check 2SC4834 Screw hole. When you remove the transistor from the board, use finger to touch Heatsink Screw hole which need to be smooth or flat 3.the FBT is high failure parts too,unless the no: 1-439-498 0r 8-598-969 just replace 4. resolder horizonal circuit and power supply resistor, if had bad solder connection..............................................................thanks :).....................................and good luck...........:)
