Galiso NuVac NDP-60I/Edwards ESDP30A Scroll Vacuum Pump
This NuVac/Galiso NDP-60I pumping station is used, checked, and is in good condition.
This is an Edwards scroll with a blower attached. The blower is a small Eaton supercharger modified for vacuum use. It is prepped with PFPE oil. There are motor overcurrent protection relays inside the utility box. These relays have a control voltage of 220VAC and are configured to operate as soon as the pump receives power.
Condition: The scroll pump appears to be in excellent condition. We measured vacuum at the scroll inlet and at the blower inlet using a recently-zeroed Leybold TM220 Pirani gauge.
Ultimate vacuum, system, measured: 2mT within a few minutes, 0mT within two hours
Ultimate vacuum, Edwards scroll, measured: 25mT in a few minutes, 8mT after one hour
Power requirement: 208-220V three phase.
This was originally part of a very nice late-model Hitachi SEM which we stripped and parted out. It is an Edwards scroll pump with a roots booster.
You will receive the same pump station shown in the photos. No other equipment is included. The Leybold Vacuum gauge is one of our tools and is not included.
