This ite is a fixture for sharpening the ends of end mills on a surface grinder or tool & cutterr grinder. It uses 5C collets and grinds the primary and secondary relief angles. It indexes to 24 positive positions for all numbers of flutes. It is used, in very good condition. Not marked as to manufacturer but of excellent quality. Included is a 1/2' 5C collet.
