The Micro-Depth control system is a precise electronic means for programming pressure, heat and time for consistent high quality embossed parts. This control system, combined with accurate quad roll rack and pinion guides, will adjust to compensate for part density, grain and species - the variables that make consistent embossing most difficult in ordinary presses. The ability of our press to seal the finish on most products eliminates the need for post sanding procedures, leaving up to 4" thick product ready for your finishing line. Newman embossing press frames are flame cut from solid steel plate which extends the cycle life of the press for years of rapid, rugged and dependable service.
