Designed for high volume broiling without charcoal or ceramic stones:
* Frame and base is constructed of 1/2" and 1/4" thick hand-welded steel plate
* Cast iron top grates, 5 1/4" wide
* Heat deflector above each burner, made of 14 gauge stainless steel
* Each burner is 24" aluminized steel, with its own pilot burner
* Stainless steel grease pan, easily removable for cleaning
* 1" gas manifold, gas connection is at right rear of broiler
* Available in natural or lp/propane gas (please specify when ordering)
* Ten manually controlled burners, 18,000 BTU each, 180,000 total BTU
