One Lot (25 pcs) of 8020 Inc 40 Series M8 x 1.25 Bright Zinc Drop In T-Nut with 10/32 Set Screws.
These T-nuts are easy to add and reposition on existing frames. They can be loaded from the profile end or side. The set screw permanently locks the T-nut in the T-slot (an "L" wrench is required for adjusting the set screw). These retail at $2.55 each.
