I have kept them nicely in anty static pouch since then. So I expect them to work they way they were working at the time of removal. there is hardy any component that can go kaput the way I have kept them. you would find just 4 components on the PCB including an IC, two Caps and a X-tal.
It does not come with the box as seen in the picture.
