Load your sample onto an ISOLUTE column, click it into any of ten column positions on the FlashMaster II system and run the setup wizard to start your flash chromatography purification. The FlashMaster II system mixes solvents, executes multi-step gradient profiles, displays chromatogram data and collects targeted peak fractions automatically. Additional users can queue additional samples, without interrupting purifications in progress, by loading their columns and running the setup wizard under their own user accounts.When each sample is completed, the FlashMaster II system sends e-mail notification to the sample owner with attached purification data that includes the exact location of target compound fractions. Individual waste collection vessels for each column position allows researchers to try again in the event of protocol failure. With walkaway automation, the FlashMaster II system makes the whole lab more productive by enabling several chemists to set up flash chromatography purifications during ordinary business hours and by performing purifications unattended while chemists are off-site or attending to other laboratory duties
