Upon power up.. unit initializes, and print head moves into position. After initializaton, unit pompts for paper feed with display indicating it is ready for media. Unit handles 36 wide paper, and holds four ink cartridges. Total dimensions are 45 wide by 48 tall by 24 deep, on wheels. All labels have been removed, so unable to determine model number but unit looks like a HP DesignJet model.
