The vertical and horizontal angles are electronically read and displayed on a large, easy to read, two-line LCD display. The automatic vertical circle indexing means you can achieve a level of accuracy not possible with other instruments in this price range. Two regular C-cell batteries are all that is needed to run the DTs, doubling the operating time.
All job functions are operated using only 4 keys: Illumination on/off key, 0 set key, Angle measurement mode selection key and Hold/Release key.
