If you want a banner advert, it can be a maximum of 500 X 120 pixels.
If you want a text ad, the heading can be a maximum of 45 characters (including spaces). The body can be a maximum of 4 lines and each line can be a maximum of 90 characters (including spaces). You can have larger text, but in that case the maximum number of lines and characters per line will be decreased. Also you can have smaller text to increase the number of characters.
