REALISTIC NAVAJO TRC-458 LIKE NEW CONDITION
This is a real 'peach' of a radio. I put this radio in operation before I listed it using an Antron 99 antenna with a tuner and the reports I received were excellant. It is a little better on SSB than AM but both are very good. You all have heard the sweet audio these old rigs , they have a sound of their own. This unit has never been to a "chop shop" , no conversions , only been peaked and tuned. It does about 17 Watts on sideband with stock mic. The mic shown in the pic was the one I used without a battery and it worked GREAT. This mic did not come with the radio but I am including it with the unit along with the stock hand mic and instruction manual , ( sorry , it is a copy , I do not have the original ). This radio is as close to new as you will find , I will give it a 9 on looks and a solid 10 on operation.
