This item was acquired from surplus stock at a local manufacturing facility. It appears to be new. It does not show any signs of ever being installed, there is no discoloration anywhere on any of the components, and the screw holes on the corners show no signs of ever having anything tightened down on them.
We believe this power supply is for a Cordax Tester, but we do not know which model. It should work on anything that requires the input / output ratings shown on the tag.
The input shows to be 115-230 volt, 50-60 Cycle. The output is +12V @ 2A, -12V@1A, +200V@.10 A, and +6V@ 3A.
