This item is a used Fieldpiece HB74 Multitester with multiple leads in original canvas case. It has been tested a works fine. The specs are included here, an excerpt from the manual available as a free download at http:// /pdf_docs/fieldpiece/HB74.pdf and list many of this unit's functional parameters:
Functional Specifications: Accuracy specifications good for 75 F 5 F, relative humidity less than 70%. Accuracy specified as % of reading number of least significant digits. For example if the actual parameter is 100 and the accuracy is specified as 1% 3, the measurement could be as high as 101.3 or as low as 98.7 on the 200 scale.
