This 14oz Kettle size pops an astounding 240 1oz servings per hour, making it ideal for larger venues including convention centers, arenas and amusement parks. The High-output, Hard-coat Anodized Aluminum Kettle offers the highest heat transfer rate of any material. The anodization process creates a true non-stick surface that cleans in a snap.
The Side-Hinged Kettle is easy to operate and maintain and allows you to reach all parts which will avoid common Carbon build-up that occurs on center-pivot kettles. The sturdy aluminum extruded side post construction of the cabinet can withstand heavy commercial usage without damage. Channels inside the posts protect the wiring from oil residues that can cause electrical shorts. The tempered real Glass panels slide right in the channels and ALL metal on the cabinet is powder-coated to resist chipping.
The Stainless Steel bottom trays, drop doors and old-maid drawers are removable and dishwasher safe! The 50-watt heating element located underneath the bottom tray functions as a built-in heating deck.
