B. (1) EN5506-10B Ground Cord, 10' W/ Snap(s) & Alligator Clip
C. (1) EN5616D Super Comfort Aid Wrist Band W/ 12' Coiled Wire with Molded Resistor Snap Each End.
Kit comes complete with instructions paper plus another straight, not coiled, insulated wire with alligator clip at one end & snap at the other
Not sure how old this is, but all pieces are designed to last forever according to the paper
