This is a package of 0.1 microfarad 10% 250 Volt Plastic Film capacitors manufactured by Vishay-Roederstein. Made in Portugal (50 pieces).
The label doesn't say what type of plastic but I presume it is polyester. Size is 0.293 in. (7.44 mm) wide by 0.443 in. (11.25 mm) high by 0.209 in. (5.31 mm) thick with lead spacing of 0.2 in (5 mm). I used a flat bed scanner to take the picture so the leads are out of focus but they are full length (about .75 in long) on tape for automatic insertion.
