This item is in great shape, but the screen has a few horizontal lines out on it. Please look at the pictures carefully.
We do not have the expertise necessary to test this unit beyond turning it on, as a result this unit has not been thuroughly tested.
We metered this unit with a D-cell battery (see picture). This reading is consistent with other meters we have.
