You are looking at a Cecilware 2 stone electric deck oven.
Thermostat - adjustable up to 650o F.
Built-in Adjustable Timer - Set the cooking time for up to 60 minutes. The timer alerts the operator when the food is ready.
Oven Ready Light - Lets the operator know that the oven is hot and ready to be used.
comes with (2) Corderite ceramic baking decks, 3. clearance, which gives the operator the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the baking surface.
Heating Elements - For proper heating, all ovens come equipped with heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements located on the top of the oven and underneath each baking deck.

Exterior and Door - constructed of 20 gauge Stainless Steel type 430, #4 finish
Insulation - 1.5. thick industrial grade insulation
Timer - The timer is an alert timer and does not shut off the oven.

PO-18 - can fit up to a 16" pizza.
