This is a new Winston HB30D3BK 3 Drawer Holding Cabinet.
240-200 Volt, 3 Phase, Water Line attachment
While this unit is new, I can t rule out a possible minor scratch or ding as the protective cover is still on. I looked the unit over and did not notice anything, just throwing it out there
