It is an under-counter style dishwasher that fits in the same space as a domestic dishwasher but has professional features including stainless steel construction.
I originally bought this for cleaning brewing equipment glassware but I just don t have the time to start on that project.
I connected this unit to a city water line and ran it through two cycles, the regular was and the rinse only wash both worked as they should. Also in the last picture you can see the steam it produces although the camera doesn't show it well.
This unit has an additional Simer pump for adding additional pressure which apparently comes out of the light blue grate on the right inside of the washer or it could possibly be connected to the drain for recirculating water for some reason. I am not really sure how to connect it properly. The main motor is a Thermador unit which is a very high quality manufacturer. This unit is stainless inside and out. It has 2 independent wash levels with racks that are interchangeable between both levels. It uses a standard 120 volt, 20 amp electrical connection.
