I don't know exactly what this tool set is for or how it is used. Any info is appreciated.
It looks like it is for reaming holes in metal manually.
The 1/2" ratchet does ratchet.
The cutter pieces and the guides look to be in pretty good shape.
The impact or hammered on part is a little "beat"
