The Cleveland 21-CET-8 SteamCraft Ultra 3 is a one compartment countertop preassureless convection steamer. There is capacity for up to 3 2 1/2 full size hotel pans. It is constructed of heavy duty all stainless steel. This steamer is rear mounted and has a insulated steam generator with remote probe type water level controls and automatic steam generator blow down with Water Jet drain cleaning feature. This steamer works well in restaurants, hotels, schools, cafeterias, or any place with light to medium steaming needs.
