We are located in Norcross, GA - 6% Sales Tax is applicable to ALL purchases made by Georgia residents.
If you are a reseller and have a "Georgia Resale Certificate" and are Tax exempt - we need to have a copy of the certificate on file before we can waive the Sales Tax.
You are more then welcome to pick up your item from our office in Norcross, GA.
There are NO additional "processing fees" involved unless you require packaging!
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing, ALL items we offer were tested, are in working condition, and are protected against DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In case of DOA each item will be assigned an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and should be returned within 10 days from the day of the claim. No refunds will be issued after 20 days.
