It features a custom designed 20,000 BTU aluminized steel U-shaped burner for every 12" of cooking surface to provide even heat distribution.
There is a stainless steel front, bull nose, and a 4 1/2" tapered splash guard. There is a 3 1/4" front grease trough and grease chute for easy cleaning; the grease drawer holds 4 1/2 quarts. The 4" adjustable legs allow the griddle to fit into your countertop lineup.
