Newport ESA-C- Velocity-controlled or "immediate" execution. The Newport Drive Controller Model ESA-C uses AD-100 ultra-resolution actuators. The actuators can be controlled manually from the ESA-C front panel, through the standard GP-IB interface, or through the three analog inputs.
